Beef Ribs are available by reservation and limited first come first serve every first Saturday of the month!
Our famous Beef Ribs are decadent, beautiful, and the most note-worthy thing that we can smoke. However, they are also $$$. In order not to waste any precious Beef Rib meat, we made the tough choice to remove them from our regular menu, but we are happy to announce that every first Saturday of the month, they are BACK!
Please fill out the Beef Rib Form on our website by the Wednesday before to ensure that you get to enjoy the most extravagant cut of meat out there.
Note that each rib is around 1.5-2.5 lbs, and you are committing to ordering the entire rib. They run $34/lb.
