It all started when...
I was standing in the kitchen, one Saturday a little over 5 years ago and I thought, "I wonder how hard it is to cook ribs? I like ribs."
Since then, we've been practicing. Both at making really fun barbecue and making friends in the process.
Starting in March 2017, we are launching Paul's Rib Shack Barbecue - Food Truck Edition!
We launched at the Arts & Humanities Council's Live and the Lakefront in March, and have been keeping really busy since. We are adding other events and will keep you up to date here and on our social media accounts:
